We were in a budget queen room with shared bathroom, private bath, twin bed. The breakfast was freshly prepared and marvellous, the check in was friendly. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. The location couldn't be more unbeatable and absolutely incredible up to the town center.

Favourable setting, super-friendly and fantastically friendly staff.
New-fashioned, well-equipped rooms, great swimming pools. Very comfy bed; absolutely clean bathroom. Location right by the supermarket and the center of Santa Elena as well as the centre of Santa Elena. Also, close to forest.

The staff were extremely hospitable, knowledgeable and helped me with free parking. My double room was neat, huge. The location was exceptionally nice, close enough to town center, a local waterfall and a big supermarket and restaurants.

the hotel was beautiful and wonderful, as you can expect from monteverde. the staff were extremely hospitable and knowledgeable day and night. greatly enjoyed the way our well-equipped queen room with shared bathroom was. the service provided there was great. also, location was exceptionally nice, not too far away from monteverde orchid garden. there was a good restaurant, local markets and a market next door.
